Post Pilot – Data Deletion Instructions If you have connected your Facebook account with our app Post Pilot (available on social.fernexo.com) and wish to request deletion of your data, please follow the steps below: Option 1: Direct Removal from Facebook You can remove the Post Pilot app from your Facebook account by following these steps: Go to your Facebook Account Settings. Click on Settings & Privacy > Settings. From the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites. Under “Active”, locate Post Pilot. Click Remove. Confirm the removal. This will disconnect your Facebook account from our app and stop any future data access. Option 2: Contact Us for Data Deletion If you would like to request a complete deletion of any data we may have stored from your Facebook account, please contact us at: Email: support@fernexo.com In your request, please include: Your full name The email address associated with your Facebook account A short statement requesting data deletion from Post Pilot We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once the data has been removed.
